Origin

Bulelani, a BEE Company, has its origin in the vision of Gavin Bernard, to establish a company which will provide further opportunities to P.D.I.s and to comply with the Mining Charter’s basic requirements for BEE companies. The directors of Bulelani can provide an ‘in house’ service to clients such as mining companies, property developers and Local Councils.

Track Record

Bulelani can rely on the 35 years experience of Gavin Bernard in the Civil Engineering Industry (Gavin Bernard Civils) and now as a Professional Project Manager as well as Philly Rabapana. Bulelani Project Management has a track record of several successful years at Anglo Platinum where numerous different projects were completed. The list of projects completed for Anglo Platinum include:
